Late celebrity Chef, Anthony Bourdain, has been nominated for multiple James Beard Awards.
Anthony Bourdain, a famous chef and Emmy winner, died at the age of 61 last year. However, he was still nominated for a James Beard Award in 2019. The James Beard Awards are one of the highest honors in the culinary world.
Multiple New York restaurants and chefs were nominated. Bourdain, a Culinary Institute of America graduate, was nominated for two posthumous James Beard Awards. Below are the awards he is nominated for:
