Update: Train #821 has been canceled on the Hudson Line. According to Metro-North, customers can ride the #825 train, expected to arrive 20 minutes late. Train #866 has been canceled, customers can ride train #870 instead.

On Thursday, April 5, a person was struck by a Metro-North train near Beacon.


The tweet did not say how long the train service would be delayed, which direction the train was going, or any more specifics of the incident.

The Hudson Line runs from Poughkeepsie to Grand Central Station.
