Police say they are still searching for 4 Hudson Valley man who disappeared in early April.

Middletown Police, State Police, and Chester Police are actively looking for Martin Santos-Luna, 41, Miguel Sosa-Luna, 25, Urbano Morales-Santiago, 35, and Hector Gutierrez, 32, all of Middletown.

Chester Police say all 4 men arrived at the Chester Diner in the early afternoon on April 11. A motion activated camera at Chester Collision next door captured the men arriving in a 2000 Chevrolet Equinox owned by a family member. The video shows several of the doors opening, then closing with no one exiting the vehicle. The camera shuts off and does not capture the men leaving the vehicle.

Police believe the cameras didn’t capture the men leaving the car because the re-opening of the doors wasn't enough to activate the camera again.
Officials say no one in the area witnessed where the men went or who they might have met while in the area. The men did not enter the diner.

A family member talked with Sosa-Luna on the phone on April 11. The men haven’t been heard from since. Calls to their phones now go directly to voice mail.

Santos-Luna had livestock at a farm in the Hamlet of Wallkill in Ulster County where he used to work. The three other man help feed the animals on a daily basis.

Police say Santos-Luna likely had some type of agreement with the property owner who lives in Virginia. The animals were scheduled to be moved to another farm shortly so they would be properly cared for.

It’s still unclear why the four men arrived in Chester. They have not been reported seen since they vanished on April 11.

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement say they have not made any contact with the missing men.

The men's photos, seen above, and information has been entered in the local, state, and federal computer system as missing.
If anyone has any information, no matter how insignificant they think it might be, to please call Chester Police at 845-469-4111.

All calls will be kept confidential.
