4 Hudson Valley Colleges Among Best in Nation

Four colleges from the Hudson Valley made the "Best College Values" list.

Kiplinger's recently announced their 2019 "Best College Values" list. Kiplinger's has been ranking colleges for best values for two decades and this year they expanded on the rankings to include 400 schools.

To come up with the "Best College Values" list Kiplinger's collected data on 1,200 public and private four-year colleges. The list is based on academic quality, which accounts for 55 percent, and cost, which accounts for 45%.

Out of the 400 ranked schools, four come from the Hudson Valley.
