Is the Mega Ticket happening?

Every year during the summer here in the Hudson Valley most of us get excited in February and March because of all of the great concerts that are being scheduled for the upcoming summer.

This year has been no exception as we have already announced our Taste of Country Music Festival at Hunter Mountain June 7th through June 9th, featuring Keith Urban, Little Big Town, Rascal Flatts and more and the other announcement we have been waiting for is the 2019 Country Mega Ticket shows at Bethel Woods.

I have been asked a million times this winter about it, "CJ when are you guys doing the announcement?", "Do you know who is part of the Mega Ticket this year at Bethel Woods?" and I wasn't sure how to get the answers, so I picked up the phone at called Bethel and got the answers I was looking for.

I talked to one of the fine folks in the marketing department at Bethel Woods and asked if they were doing a Mega Ticket this year and the short answer is NO. Why?

They said that this year they focused on bringing in Mega shows instead and WOW, they didn't disappoint as they have already announced that the Zac Brown Band is coming on June 21st. Chris Stapleton is coming on July 26th and Luke Bryan is set to take the stage at Bethel on September 12th.

So NO Mega Ticket this year but we are getting three amazing shows this summer at Bethel Woods.

If you don't mind the drive to the Albany/Saratoga area, the Saratoga Performing Arts Center is doing a 2019 Country Mega Ticket featuring five great shows including Chris Young with Chris Jansen and Dylan Scott on May 25th, Old Dominion with Big and Rich on July 6th, Luke Bryan with Cole Swindell on July 11th, Brad Paisley with Chris Lane and Riley Green on July 25th and Jason Aldean with Kane Brown and Carly Pearce on September 5th.

Listen to the Wakin' Up With CJ and Jess Show weekday mornings from 6AM to 10AM on The Wolf. Stream us live through the website, Alexa-enabled device, Google Home or The Wolf mobile app.
