What’s Happening This Weekend in the Hudson Valley

Saturday, June 9; 11-5: Corning Museum of Glass Glassbarge will be docked in Poughkeepsie at Waryas Park and will be offering glassblowing demonstrations. Saturday, June 9; 11-6: The Annual Trout Parade street fair is produced by the Catskill Art Society along with the Livingston Manor Chamber of Commerce. This parade is a lot of fun and features bands, jugglers, community groups, and performers in wacky floats and costumes. Plus, proceeds go to help organizations within the community. Saturday, June 9; 3-7: Take a ride on the Peace Train in Kingston, celebrating flower-power. The train departs Kingston at 3, 5 and 7 pm and travels up Hurley Mountain. Saturday, June 9; 10-3: Animal Fun day at the Education Center & 4*H Park in Otisville. The 4*H clubs will have animals and hands-on activities for the whole family.
