Update Tuesday 10:30 a.m: With the assistance of the New York City Police Department’s Missing Person Squad and the FDNY Patricia Figueroa was found in New York City in good health.

Authorities are still hoping for help as they continue to search for a missing mentally disabled Hudson Valley girl.

Patricia Figueroa, 19, of Patterson was last seen in the local area on Christmas Eve at the Patterson Train Station in Putnam County. She was spotted later that day exiting a Metro North Train at Grand Central Terminal in New York City.

Figueroa is approximately 5’3” tall and weighs about 160 pounds. She is mentally disabled and suffers from anxiety, police say. She has brown eyes and reddish-brown hair.

As police investigated Figueroa’s absence, they learned she was seen in Greenwich Village, New York City, in the area of 12th Street and 7th Avenue, on Dec 28. More information wasn’t released. It’s believed she hasn’t been spotted since.

According to the National Missing and Unidentified Persons System, over 90,000 people are missing in the United States at any given moment.
