Ulster Woman Arrested for Falsifying Business Records
An Ulster County woman is accused of falsifying business records and other charges.
New York State Police arrested Tonya L. DelCastillo, 42, of Shandaken on three counts of falsifying business records, a felony, and three counts of offering a false instrument for filing, a misdemeanor.
The arrest is the result of an investigation conducted with The Greene County District Attorney’s Office into reports that DelCastillo allegedly altered paperwork that was submitted to a public office in the Village of Catskill.
It is alleged that DelCastillo knew the paperwork was altered when she submitted the forms in September 2015.
DelCastillo was was arraigned in the Village of Catskill Court and remanded to the Greene County Jail on $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 secured Bond.
