If you're up to feeling like a kid again, this might be the perfect way to do it unless you were born in the late '90s and you're afraid of a little snow.

When I first read that the largest snowball fight in history was going to take place just a few hours away from The Hudson Valley, I was a little excited... until I saw that officials had banned real snow from the match.

To make it even weirder, the epic snowball fight that was supposed to take place at Six Flags in New Jersey this past weekend was canceled because it was snowing.

According to NBC New York, the competition snow was manufactured so it would guarantee the participant's safety.

Is it me or is there something a bit unsatisfying about having a snowball fight with fake snow? Who remembers the good old days when we used real snow? If your epic snowball fight can be canceled because of snow was it ever that epic to begin with?
