New Restaurant Opening In Old Cheeseburger In Paradise/Fuddrucker’s

A brand new restaurant is opening this month in the former Cheeseburger In Paradise restaurant in Middletown.

Mexican food lovers of the Hudson Valley, rejoice! A brand new Mexican restaurant is coming to the area. Frontera, Tacos & Tequila, will be opening in Middletown of November 2018. The restaurant will be going in the old Cheeseburger In Paradise/old Fuddrucker's location in Middletown.

The restaurant describes themselves as family owned, but from comments on Facebook reveals that is actually a chain restaurant. Their website looks a little too corporate for a mom and pop restaurant too. But hey, I don't mind as long as the food and drinks are good.

They don't have a dinner menu on their website yet, but they do have a drink, happy hour, and tequila menu, featuring 60 tequilas. 60 types of tequila? This could be risky. Their name is 'tacos & tequila' so hopefully we can expect to see some great tacos on the menu.

No exact date has been announced for the opening, but their Facebook page says late November.
