Martha N. Marciano, a Middletown Resident, Dies at 82
Martha N. Marciano, of Middletown, passed away on August 22, 2017 at her home. She was 82 years old.
Born on November 17, 1934 in Bronx, New York, she was the daughter of the late John and Antoinette (DeCesare) Pilgrene.
She was married to the late Francis P. Marciano, Sr.
She was a dedicated wife, mother and grandmother and she will forever be loved and cherished. She was one of a kind and we will truly miss her vivacious spirit.
She is survived by her children: son John Marciano, Sr. and his wife Paulette of Yulan, NY, daughter Marcia Horton of Middletown, and daughter Valarie Pinelli and her husband Scott of Greenville, NY. She is also survived by her grandchildren: Brandon Horton, Alex Horton, Lorenzo Hernandez, Francis Hernandez, Angela Hernandez, John Marciano, Jr., Jeanine Conklin and Wayne Curtis and his wife Modesta; and great-grandchildren: McKinnley Conklin, Nathaniel Conklin, John Marciano III; and brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be on Friday, August 25th, from 2-4 & 7-9 pm at Lazear-Smith & Vander Plaat Memorial Home, 17 Oakland Avenue, Warwick. Funeral Mass will be at 1:00 pm on Saturday at Holy Cross Catholic Church, 626 County Road 22, Middletown, NY. Interment will follow in Warwick Cemetery.
