Police Investigate Bank Robbery in Dutchess County

Police are looking for a man that robbed a Dutchess County bank Wednesday. 

At approximately 3:36 p.m. Wednesday afternoon the Town of Poughkeepsie Police received a call for a bank robbery in progress at the Trusco Bank located at 2656 South Road.

At the time of the call the suspect had already fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of cash.

The suspect is described as white male, 5' 10", thin build, wearing a gray zip up hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans, and dark sneakers or shoes.

No further information be released at this time.

This investigation is ongoing and the Town of Poughkeepsie Police are asking for the public's assistance.
