Local Police Save Child Locked Inside Car at Area Pool

A young child was saved by local police after the infant was locked inside a car at a pool.

A Ramapo police officer was at the right place at the right time. Monday afternoon, the officer stopped by the Spook Rock Town Pool to conduct routine patrol of the area.
While on location the officer was told by an likely frantic mother that her infant child was accidentally locked insider her vehicle.

Quickly the unnamed police officer was able to unlock the vehicle and the child was safely reunited with his mother.

A great job by one of the Hudson Valley’s finest, turning what could have been a tragic story into one with a happy ending.
