Joseph John Bellino, a Former Bronx Resident, Dies at 87

Joseph John Bellino, 87, a resident of Jensen Beach, FL since 1994 and formerly of the Bronx, died on January 1, 2018 at St. Lucie Medical Center.

Born in the Bronx on February 26, 1930, he was the son of Joseph John and Victoria (Ackermann) Bellino. Joseph proudly served our country in the US Army. He had been employed as a Mortgage Building Inspector with Apple Bank in Scarsdale for 30 years until his retirement in 1992. He enjoyed spending time at the beach, but more than anything, he cherished time with his family and friends.

Joseph is survived by his daughter, Victoria Bellino of Chloe, WV; his son, Christopher Bellino and his wife Marie of Hopewell Junction; his sister, Constance Antonelli and her husband Joseph Antonelli ; his sister Kathleen Hillis; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Calling hours will be held on Thursday from 7-9pm at the McHoul Funeral Home, Inc., 895 Route 82, Hopewell Junction. The Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Friday at 9am at St. Columba Church, 835 Route 82, Hopewell Junction followed by interment in St. Raymond's Cemetery.
