The famous black-and-red tent will be set up outside the Poughkeepsie Galleria on Route 9, where guests can expect high-energy acrobatics, juggling, contortionists, sword swallowing, illusionists, and terrifying near-fall performances all mixed together with horror movie-style effects and dark comedy throughout the night.

One thing longtime fans of the show always recommend is arriving early and dressing appropriately, since tent temperatures can fluctuate. Wearing layers is highly recommended. Before the main performance even starts, guests can walk through a creepy pre-show funhouse experience featuring jump scares, horror-themed mazes, and photo opportunities.

Not For Children

Organizers are making it very clear that this is not a family-friendly circus. The event is rated R and includes graphic scenes, adult innuendo, intense moments, and strobe lighting. Anyone under 13 years old is prohibited from attending, while guests ages 13 to 17 must be accompanied by an adult and provide ID.
