There is nothing like getting a hot fresh meal with your favorite fried fish, french fries, mac and cheese, cole slaw and a drink. It's honestly one thing that I get excited about for this time of year! Whether it's your local fire company, your parish, your favorite restaurant, there is no shortage of amazing fish fries here in the Hudson Valley. That being said, what is your favorite?
