Dutchess Biercafe in Fishkill Highlighted by ‘Only In Your State’ Site

Another local gem of a restaurant recently received some great press and recognition.   This time it's Only In Your State and they've got great things to say about the Dutchess Biercafe, around since 2015, on Main Street in Fishkill.

The site, which offers recommendations for trips, family activities, restaurants and so on, state by state, recently profiled Dutchess Biercafe, here's what they had to say:

Where can you find the Belgian inspiration within Dutchess Biercafe aside from all the bits of themed decor that's strewn about? For starters, you can order up The Best of the Wurst appetizer that comes with Bockwurst, Bratwurst, Weisswurst, bier-kraut, house mustard, German potato salad, and pretzel bread. The Belgian inspired dishes here are simply mouthwatering!

...Loaded BLTs, Fried Cheese Curds, Pretzel Sticks, Poutine, and yes, burgers that are stacked so high you won't even believe what's before your eyes!

Another thing we love about the Dutchess Biercafe? The fact that they also have Belgian ales and beer flights that will give you the chance to get a taste of everything that they have here.

My personal pick - the pretzel sticks, hands down.
