19th Annual Salute to Veterans Ride and Expo This Sunday

It looks as though we're going to have a beautiful weekend here in the Hudson Valley.

If you're looking to get out and do some exploring, while representing a great cause then you may want to free your schedule this Sunday.

Rolling Thunder Inc, NY3 will be hosting the 19th Annual Salute to Veterans Ride and Expo on Sunday June 10th in effort to support out local Veterans and Troops.

Registration starts at 8:30 am until 10:30am at the 2nd Aviation Hanger at Stewart Airport on Route 207 in New Windsor. Riders will be departing at 11am and will ride through the Hudson Valley and West Point. They will then make an important stop in High Falls for a wreath laying ceremony.

Riders will then make their return to Stewart to enjoy lunch, Military vehicle display, performances by bands All too Real, The Mustang's '65 and DJ Lou.

The round trip will be escorted by the Blue Knights.

Registration for riders is $20 and passengers $10. If you're not participating in the ride the entertainment and displays are free.
