Here is how you can turn a piece of scrap wood into a Halloween decoration for zero dollars.

I was digging through a closet and came across a random piece of scrap wood, and I was just bored enough to attempt to turn it into something cool. Not knowing really what to do, I got to thinking.

Here's what I came up with, and I think it came out pretty cool and the best part, it cost absolutely nothing to make. I used things I had around the house.
