Thomas C. Rowland, 77, passed away on Monday September 18, 2017 at The Good Samaritan Home in Delmar, NY after a long battle with Pulmonary Fibrosis. Tom was born in Kingston NY on April 3, 1940 to the late Thomas and Helen Rowland. He attended Kingston High School and graduated from Wagner College in 1962 with a Bachelors degree in Economics. He was a member of Alpha Sigma Phi Fraternity. He attended The University of South Carolina School of Law.

Tom began his career at Chemical Bank in NYC and continued working in the field of Trusts and Estates for over 30 years in Upstate New York and Massachusetts. Tom was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and fly fishing. He played an active role in community theatre groups and volunteered at many charitable organizations. He was blessed with many wonderful friendships throughout his life

Tom is survived by his three daughters; Kimberly Flood (Peter) Melissa Hoyer (Matthew Pond) and Amy Miller (Daniel) and five grandchildren; Jessica and Nicholas Flood and Alexis, Sydney, and Samuel Miller. He was predeceased by his longtime companion, Nancy Ebker.

Friends are invited to call at Keyser Funeral & Cremation Service, 326 Albany Ave, Kingston, NY on Saturday Sept 23 from 1-3 for a time of recollection of Tom's life with a brief Prayer Service to follow at 3pm.
