The Poughkeepsie Galleria celebrated a birthday this week. A lot of stores have come and gone. Which ones do you love and which ones do you really miss?

According to a post on the Poughkeepsie Galleria's Instagram page, the mall opened up to the public on On August 4, 1987. They've been deeply rooted in the Hudson Valley for 33 years.

With everything going on these days and so many businesses closing I think it's important to celebrate a place that's been around for so long and has been updated and kept so clean.

It might not seem like it to some but as someone who just turned 31 I can say that 33 years in business is a long time.
