An Orange County man is accused of possessing 1,110 glassine envelopes of heroin and more.

On Thursday around 6 a.m., City of Newburgh police conducted a search warrant at a home on Galloway Avenue in the City of Newburgh. The search was a result of an investigation into drug sales in the area by 30-year-old Naquan Gayle of the City of Newburgh, police say.

As a result of the search warrant, officials allegedly found 1,110 glassine envelopes which contained heroin, 2.1 grams of marijuana, and $2,491.

Gayale was charged with two-counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony.

Gayle was transported to City of Newburgh Court for arraignment.

In related news, two separate search warrants in Orange County led to four arrests and the discovery of over 110 grams of cocaine, heroin, marijuana and more.
