Michael Degli-Angeli, a New Windsor Resident, Dies at 40
Michael Degli-Angeli, a resident of New Windsor, entered into rest on Thursday, July 27, 2017 in Jacksonville, Florida. He was 40 years old.
Born in Newburgh on May 3, 1977, he was the son of Peter Degli-Angeli and Lynn (Gizzarelli) White and step-son to Peter Langlitz as well as Alan White. He was born on May 3, 1977 in Newburgh.
Michael was a plumber for the Newburgh Enlarged City School District. He married his beloved Kristin Ienuso on October 23, 2016 in Goshen, NY.
He was 1st Vice-President of CSEA Unit 7910 and Michael attended Grace Community Church, Washingtonville, NY. Michael was an avid New York Yankee Fan.
Michael was vacationing in Florida with his family when he died suddenly due to a heart attack. He was a loving son, father, husband, uncle and friend.
In addition to his loving wife, Kristin, his parents and step-fathers, Michael is survived by his children, Hailey and Logan Degli-Angeli of Matamoras, PA, Jayden and Josiah Ienuso-McBath of New Windsor, his siblings, Brian Degli-Angeli and his wife, Shelly of Mooresville, NC, Amanda Pearson and her husband, Michael, of Wallkill, NY and Peter James and his wife karen Degli-Angeli also of Wallkill; grandmother, Ann Gizzarelli of Beacon, and grandmother, Meta Baylash of Ladylake, Fl and 15 nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held from 5-8 pm on Thursday, August 3 at Brooks Funeral Home, 481 Gidney Ave., Newburgh. A Funeral Service will be celebrated at 11 am on Friday, August 4 at Grace Community Church, 2839 Route 94 Washingtonville with Pastor Abe Dueck officiating.
