Burglary Investigation: White Truck Wanted in the Hudson Valley

Police are searching for the owner of this truck of interest in an alleged burglary.

The Ellenville Police Department is hoping that the community might be able to assist them in locating a vehicle that was reportedly involved in a crime in Ulster County early Wednesday morning.

According to a post on the Ellenville Police Department's (EPD) Facebook page, their Special Investigations Unit (SIU) is looking to locate the owner and/or the vehicle pictured above after an early morning burglary. Police said that the alleged burglary took place on Wednesday at approximately 6:30 a.m. on Rear Chapel Street in the Village of Ellenville and are asking anyone who might have any information on the truck or its owner's whereabouts to contact them at 845-647-4422 or leave them a secure message online here.

Police didn't say if the truck was involved in a burglary or not but are hoping that someone might recognize it. It appears to be a newer model White Ford F150 with an extended cab. Police didn't provide any other details about the truck at this time.
