Got $800,000 to spare?

A house in Dutchess County is up for sale and it has quite the resume.

Mountain Creek Road Home for Sale In Poughquag, NY

This 3 bedroom home caught my eye for 2 reasons. First of all, it's sitting on a property in Dutchess County that used to be a Blueberry farm, plus theres access to a tranquil pond that makes you feel like your on your own wilderness getaway.

The house sits on over 33 acres of land so privacy will never be an issue, especially if you're a celebrity.

The second reason why this house caught my eye on Zillow is because in the listing they write:

Every corner holds hidden surprises, while each step reveals breathtaking vistas. Plus, if you've ever dreamed of living like a celebrity, you'll be thrilled to know that this property was featured on an episode of MTV Cribs.

Growing up in the 2000s I was a huge fan of Cribs, but I definitely don't remember an episode in Poughquag. So I did some digging.

Hey MTV, Welcome to my Dutchess County Crib

Turns out MTV Cribs is actually still airing! Apparently, Cribs is on it's 19th season and the home on 84 Mountain Creek Road was featured in an episode in March 2023. You can find it on Apple TV and Paramount Plus, but according to my research the Poughquag home belonged to actor Nico Tortorella and his partner Bethany Meyers.

Tortorella played Felix Carlucci on the AMC series The Walking Dead: World Beyond and Josh from the TV comedy-drama series Younger.  It looks like the family put the house on the market back in October of 2023.

The Zillow listing states that this home is way more than just that adding "this property is more than a house - it's a sanctuary."
