Police need help finding a vulnerable adult that’s been missing for 9 days. Police say the missing female is off her medication and does have violent tendencies.

On February 17, Town of Wallkill Police responded to Rockland Psychiatric Center’s Middletown Community Campus for a report of a “missing vulnerable adult.” Authorities were told that Colleen Hanly ask Frankie was last seen around noon on February 16 at the Middletown campus. Hanly has been a resident at the Psychiatric Center for several months.

On Thursday, February 25, 2016, the Town of Wallkill Police assisted by the Orange County Sheriff’s Department, City of Middletown Police, New York State Police, New York State Department of Environmental Conservation Forest Rangers, Office of Mental Health Peace Officers, Pocatello Fire Department, Mechanicstown Fire Department, Howells Fire Department, City of Middletown Fire Department, Orange County Fire Coordinators Office, and Orange County Emergency Communications conducted a ground search for Hanly” on the Rockland Psychiatric Center’s Middletown Community Campus.

After extensive search efforts Ms. Colleen Hanly was not located.

Hanley is described as a white female 5’6”, 120 pounds with brown hair and eyes. She has a Pisces tattoo on her left wrist and unknown tattoos on her right ankle, left arm, and shoulder.

Police say Hanly does have violent tendencies and has been off her medication and is in need of medical attention

A Hudson Valley teenager went missing last Friday. The Blooming Grove Police department announced on Thursday evening that Carliana V. Benezra, of Washingtonville, is still missing.
