Hudson Valley Mental Health Resources by County
Right now, people are more mentally exhausted than normal because of the COVID-19 pandemic and the unjust murder of George Floyd.
It is okay, to not be okay. It is okay, to need help. And it is okay, to not know how to get that help. From my personal experience, I have been emotionally and mentally drained. I can't imagine what other people, who are more affected by the pandemic and the systemic racism in this country. I want to reiterate that it's okay to not be okay, and there are mental health resources right here in the Hudson Valley you have access too.
