I think that New Paltz is the perfect home for Heady Teddy’s and adds to the vibes of this vibrant and laid back town. Heady Teddy’s is open from 10am until 8pm each day.

This would be the perfect place to shop for yourself or others during the holiday season. I stopped in for a gift for a Grateful Dead fan and was happy that I did!

If you’re in the mood to dance  I have always loved the nightlife at McGuilicuddys. While in the area, head on over to Water Street Market which adds to the local shopping scene in New Paltz.

Nature enthusiasts must take in the beautiful views on the Shawangunk Mountains and can get their steps in on the trails nearby.
