Now that Ringling Bros is out of business why not start your own circus? Everything you need is for sale this month in Orange County.

After 146 years, Ringling Bros announced this week that they would be closing up their big tent. Rising costs, falling ticket sales and competition from more modern forms of entertainment have pretty much signaled the end of the circus. But where some see a closed door other see a golden opportunity.

If you'd like to get into the circus game there's a unique opportunity for you in Walden, NY. The small Orange County community has been the home base of the Big Apple Circus until they shut down operations last year. Now their entire business is for sale down to the trash bins.
