Home Sales Are Seeing a Decrease in Ulster County

According to the report, the number of ones sold saw around a 15% drop.
Average Home Sale Time:
- January 2021 - 68 days
- January 2022 - 82 days
The amount of time reportedly went up around 20%.

- December 2021 - 488
- January 2022 - 441
The number of homes for sale reportedly went down around 9%.
