One of the most popular Hudson Valley historic sites is hosting event on one of the biggest historical events, lets just hope there are no icebergs involved.

On April 28th at 1pm Tales of the Titanic will make its way to the Hudson Valley. No word yet if Jack, Rose and the piece of wood keeping them a float will be on display.

To mark the 106th anniversary of the sinking of the Titanic, Staatburgh State Historic site at Mills Mansion will be giving a 90 minute themed tour. The tour will tell the tragic stories of those in the first class cabins aboard the Titanic.

Ogden and Ruth Mills were Titanic ticket holders. The two lived in the Hudson Valley in the 1800's, Ogden was a "noted financier and philanthropist" while his wife Ruth came from a prominent Hudson Valley Family.

You must have a ticket to attend the Tales of the Titanic event. Tickets are $10 for regular admission, $8 for seniors and students and $5 for friends of Mills Mansion.
