Police: Dutchess County Spa Offering More Than Massages

Two women were arrested for offering massages without a license and offering sexual contact. 

The Dutchess County Sheriff's Office has arrested Li Xu-Campbell, 54 of New Windsor, N.Y. and Wang Chai Xia, 34 of Flushing, N.Y. in connection with an investigation into illegal activity at Your Green Spa located at 1315 Route 9 in the Town of Wappinger.

The arrests were made at April,19, 2018 at appeoxiamtely 7:00 p.m. following a three-month long investigation by the Dutchess County Sheriff's Office.

Both women are accused of offering massages without the proper licensing, and Xia (no mugshot available) is also accused of offering sexual contact for additional fees.

At this time, both women have been charged with Unauthorized Practice of a Profession.

Wang Chai Xia was also charged with one count of prostitution. Both women were processed and issued appearance tickets. They are scheduled to appear in court next week.
