Since late last week rumors have been flying that Orange County Choppers will be sold and the business will shut down. Co-founder Paul Teutul Sr told Hudson Valley Post what’s really going on.

“We are doing business as usual. Orange County Choppers is not going out a business,” Teutul said. Some media outlets incorrectly reported that business was for sale. Teutel says the false rumors really hurt the business.

The auction company that is selling the property used the OCC name in hopes it would increase the sale. Teutul told Hudson Valley Post he recently signed a 10-year lease.
