No Need to be Shy Just Naked

It is back by popular demand but I am still going to have to pass on what I think must be a really blast. Howe Caverns will once again host "Naked in a Cave" but this time it comes with a full moon twist. The 2nd annual Howe Cavern Naked in a Cave will be held Saturday September 14th during the Harvest Moon. It is being billed as your chance to "Celebrate the Harvest Moon with Your Full Moon." The leisurely stroll through the caves in the buff will start after hours at 6:30 pm. Your $75 person ticket includes a souvenir robe and complimentary adult beverage.

Even though the thought of a walk through the caverns naked might make you giggle there is also a serious side to this event. The idea is to have fun and celebrate body positivity. "Howe Caverns Believes Natural is Beautiful." They also have a few strict rules for this adventure. You must be 21 years of age or older. There is a strict privacy policy. No cameras or cell phones will be allowed. Shoes are required and reservations are a must. Also all buildings will close promptly at 11 pm. The caverns is themselves tend to hover around the mid 50's so be prepared to stroll briskly if you are some one who chills easily.

Also this year they are offering what Howe Caverns refers to as "Full Moon! Full Meal! Full Belly! Full Monty! This is a prefix three course meal, your naked stroll, an adult beverage and your souvenir robe all for the reasonable price of $130 per person plus tax.. Tickets are non-refundable. Dinner will be seated at 4:30 pm and 6:00 pm. You will have to choose your dinner seating at the time you make your reservations.
