Mildred R. (Burch) Allison, 101, of Kingston, NY, passed away Friday, November 4, 2016. She was born January 15, 1915 in Rockport, CT to the late John Burch and Maude (Baker) Burch. Millie was married to Ralph J. Allison, who passed away on May 27th, 1996.

She was a former Scout Leader and very involved in her church in Provincetown. She was active with her husband in the VFW, and volunteered delivering Meals on Wheels. For many years she was a self employed baker and caterer. She catered many weddings and was known for her wedding and birthday cakes.

She is survived by her sons, James (Suzanne) Allison of Kingston, NY, Francis (Joan) Allison of Montgomery, NY, her grandchildren, Georgia (Dale) Weinmann, James Allison, Jonathan (Debbie) Allison, Jeffrey (Claudia) Allison, Kimberly Allison, and Stephen Allison, and her great grandchildren, Ruthie, Arlo, and Oliver. She is predeceased by her son, Richard Totten, and her brothers, Howard and Francis Burch.

Entrusted to the care of the Keyser Funeral & Cremation Service, 326 Albany Ave., Kingston, where friends and family may visit on Monday November 7th from 11am to 1pm with the service starting at 1pm.
