A popular cocktail has returned to the menu of a local Hudson Valley hot spot, but you better hurry if you want to enjoy it.

Di'Vine Wine Bar in the Village of Wappingers Falls made headlines last year after offering a new drink to their customers. The Sparkling Sorbet is a refreshing blend of flavors and textures that can't really decide if it's a mixed drink or a dessert. Maybe that's why it's served with both a spoon and a straw.

The drink is the perfect relief from a hot and humid Hudson Valley afternoon and includes locally made sorbet, prosecco and strawberries. Loyal fans of the cocktail can't seem to get enough, and right now that's great news for a charity that's benefiting from the sale of each drink.

Di'Vine will be donating $1 from every Sparkling Sorbet to Alex's Lemonade Stand to help fight childhood cancer. In fact, di'Vine will also donate $1 for any other item you order that uses lemon as an ingredient. This includes their seasonal hummus, a delicious crostini topped with their house-made fig jam, or any drink you ask for a lemon wedge with.
