We found some great places for lunch and what to order if you go!

Over the years we have all heard it over and over again when it comes to eating properly. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, a good breakfast set you up to be the most productive. Dinner is the meal that is supposed to be enjoyed with family, gathered around the table, talking and eating but what about lunch?

Not everybody eats lunch every day (why? I have no clue...LOL) but if you are ready to sit and enjoy a nice lunch with someone or by yourself, we have looked high and low and talked to some of the area's biggest food lovers and have found some of the Hudson Valley's best places to grab the third most important meal of the day...LOL!
