Pioneering Business Ready to Open in Famous Ulster County Location
There are a few locations for businesses in the Hudson Valley that resemble a rodeo horse: tough for the short-term but potentially rewarding if the rider can just "hang on".

New Restaurants Opening in the Hudson Valley
One example of these tricky locations can be found in the City of Newburgh, NY, an area that seems prime for a major comeback. This month, An Artistic Taste opened their doors at 96 Broadway, despite the history of the address (below).

The property, located at 591 Route 44, used to house The Flavorful Ladle (above). The building sat vacant for years after The Flavorful Ladle closed in 2022, but has recently seen several new restaurants open (and close) in quick succession. Will this new restaurant break the trend?
New Pizzeria and Café Coming to Highland, NY
"Dolce Caffé and Pizzeria Coming Soon", reads the vinyl sign hanging in front of 591 Route 44 (above). Immediately, local residents began voicing their curiosity, as well as their dismay Sandra's Deli, the previous business, had closed so soon:

While there is no information on the opening date for the new business, Dolce Caffé and Pizzeria is the latest pioneer to take on a location that has unfortunately become famous for short-lived stints, and Ulster County residents are wishing it success.
