‘Best Employer In US’ To Hold Hiring Event For New Lower Hudson Valley Location
One of the consistently rated 'best employers in the U.S.' will be holding multiple hiring events for a brand new lower Hudson Valley location opening next year.
Looking for a job in the lower Hudson Valley? Good news, one of the "best employers in the U.S." is hosting a hiring event at multiple Hudson Valley locations for their brand new store in Harrison. They've also been ranked as one of the 'best companies for diversity in the U.S.' If you don't already know who I'm talking about, it's Wegmans, a.k.a. the greatest grocery store in New York, and in my opinion, ever.
According to its corporate website, Wegmans is hosting two different hiring events for the new Harrison location in Westchester County. They will be in White Plains and Eastchester. They are looking to hire 500 employees in total, and 220 will be full time. Some of the positions they are hiring for include a baker, cook, overnight operations, and asset protection, coordinator. During the hiring events, you can meet managers, and learn more about job opportunities.
In case you're wondering, the Harrison Wegmans won't open until 2020. But training and onboarding will begin immediately at other Wegmans locations in New Jersey. The website says to expect travel during this time.
