There’s something new that you can try in the Hudson Valley! I would love to experience this water activity this summer.

It’s relaxing to swim in the sun and I always look forward to doing this during the warmer months. In addition to cooling off in local swimming areas, we can also workout in water as well. 

Try This Pool Yoga And Meditation In The Hudson Valley This Summer

It’s a few of my favorite activities in one event, together! Meditation is something that I have incorporated into my life and I suggest that everyone tries it. In addition to meditation, stretching and doing yoga has also been beneficial.

A combination of meditation and yoga can really work wonders. We can now experience meditation, yoga and more in a Hudson Valley pool this summer.

Aquoga is being offered in Rosendale, NY and we should try it!

What Is Aquoga And Where Can We Experience It In The Hudson Valley?

The Town of Rosendale Town Hall made a post on social media. They were excited to share that they brought back aquoga. They also described it as,

“Water-based yoga, stretching, balance and meditation for adults!”

This experience can also be described as a fitness class. This will be offered at the Rosendale Town Pool from 11am until 12pm on Saturdays from July 5, 2025 until August 23, 2025.

There's an exception for July 27 that this will not be offered.

How Much Does It Cost To Try Aquoga At This Hudson Valley Pool?

I’m excited to experience this activity! The Town of Rosendale Town Hall explained that for Rosendale residents, its only $10 and for non-residents, the fee would be $15. I would say that this is money well spent, especially if you love yoga, meditation and swimming as I do.

Pre registration is not required for these sessions. It's recommended that those who want to attend this class should arrive at the Town of Rosendale pool around 10:45am to sign in.
