The owners of Woodbury Common Premium Outlets have big plans for the shopping center.

The owners have proposed another expansion of the shopping mecca, which includes: 2 hotels with spa and restaurant facilities, expansion of current parking garage, and development of a second parking garage with a helipad.

All the parking improvements would result in a net gain of 2,140 parking spaces. Each hotel will be 120-rooms, adjacent to the proposed northeastern
parking garage.

While these plans can still change, they are on the agenda to be discuss at the upcoming Woodbury Planning Board meeting on December 5.

According to their plans, constructed would begin in 2020 and conclude at the end of 2023.

With all these plans for expansion, will it worsen traffic that is already horrible to begin with?
