An argument between two brothers turned ugly when one pulled a knife. 

On December 6, 2017, State Police investigated a domestic dispute between two brothers, one of whom was stabbed with a knife.

The incident occurred at a residence in Livingston Manor. A 17-year-old and a 25-year-old had an argument which escalated to the 17-year-old slashing his brother on his left arm with a knife.

The 17-year-old was arrested and charged with Menacing third-degree, Criminal Possession of Weapon fourth-degree, and Assault second-degree. He was arraigned and remanded to Sullivan County Jail in lieu of $25,000 bail.

The 25-year-old was arrested and charged with Harassment second-degree, and Criminal Mischief fourth-degree. He was arraigned and remanded to Sullivan County Jail in lieu of $500 bail. He is due back in court this week.
