Steve Pazoga, 67 of New Windsor, passed away peacefully on October 20, 2017 surrounded by his loving family. He was born August 9, 1950 in Manhattan, NY. He is survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Carmela, at home; his son, Steven Pazoga and daughter-in-law LeeAnn, and his son Michael Pazoga; cherished granddaughters: Kaylin, Isabella and Sophia; his sister Alice and brother-in-law Alfred Stephens; his in-laws, Felice and Carmela Napolitano, Antonietta and John Guerriero, Filomena Napolitano; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Steve was a graduate of Washingtonville High School and Orange County Community College. He worked as an Auto Mechanic for the City of Newburgh Police Department, and was a Security Guard at St. Luke’s Cornwall Hospital.

Steve was a devoted husband, father and grandfather (Pa). He and his wife Carmela had a strong, caring relationship based on mutual support and deep love for each other. Steve’s sons were his greatest achievements and his granddaughters were the pride and joy of his life, and his spirit will live on through them. Steve was committed to his family, making it known that they are always taken care of. Steve will always be missed, but his ideals, wisdom, beliefs and laughter will never be forgotten. ‘Til we meet again.

Visitation will be held from 5-8 pm on Monday, October 23 at Brooks Funeral Home, 481 Gidney Ave., Newburgh. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 am on Tuesday, October 24 at Sacred Heart Church, Newburgh, with burial following in Calvary Cemetery, New Windsor, NY.
