Sergey P. Offenberg, a Newburgh Resident, Dies at 82

Sergey P. Offenberg of Newburgh, a retired Chief Engineer for the United States Coast Guard entered into rest Friday, June 23, 2017. He was 82.

The son of the late Paul and Sopie Zaikine Offenberg, Sergey was born September 8, 1934 in Landis, New Jersey.

He was an avid outdoors-man, the Past President of the Modena Rod & Gun Club and was a member of Black Rock Game Club.

Sergey is survived by his companion of forty years, Annette E. Brown.
