Man Attempts to Spill Seed Outside The Egg, Police Say

According to police, a man is under arrest after he allegedly exposed himself and masturbated at The Egg in Albany

State police from the Capital barracks received multiple complaints of a man who hatched a plan, 'terrifrying' onlookers while he was exposing himself and masturbating at the Empire State Plaza near the police memorial.

This incident happened at a place called The Egg, which is a performing arts venue. It seems the man's swimmers couldn't break through The Egg though, leaving his plans scrambled.

No yolks about it, this man has gotten himself into a hard-boiled situation. Police investigated the incident and had no problem 'cracking' the case.

Eggcellent police work was demonstrated as they quickly identified the man, as Myint Naing, 46, of Rensselaer, N.Y. He was arrested and arraigned in the Albany City Court.

Naing was remanded to jail in lieu of $1,500 bail/bond, or 500 cartons of eggs at $3.00 a dozen
