Roberto M. Duran of Monroe formerly of Mt. Vernon, NY, a driver for the Times Herald Record entered into rest Thursday, June 27, 2017 at the Kaplan Family Hospice in Newburgh. He was 61.

The son of the late Rafael and Belgica Duran, Roberto was born December 23, 1955 in Jarabacoa, Dominican Republic.

Survivors include his son, Robert Duran of New York, sister, Mayra Lawrence and husband, Bob of Monroe and a brother, Angel Duran of Yonkers.

Private cremation has taken place at Cedar Hill Cemetery.

Plans for a memorial service will be held at a later date.
