The former Hudson Valley football star allegedly disseminated indecent material to two minors.

The state police arrested Justin D. Kaffenberger, 23, of Monroe, N.Y. two counts of Disseminating Indecent Material to Minors (felony), and two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child.

The two victims were under the age of 17. Kaffenberger was accused of
sending naked pictures of himself to a fifteen year-old female and requesting that she perform sexual acts on him.

Justin Kaffenberger was the assistant football coach of the Monroe Woodbury Junior Varsity football team.

In 2013, Kaffenberger was named Class AA back of the year and top wide receiver in Hudson Valley his senior year. Participated in All-Star Game, earning MVP honors. Earned Most Valuable wide reciever his junior year and Best Backup QB in New York as a sophomore.

He was arraigned in the Town of Woodbury Court and remanded to Orange County Jail in lieu of $7,500 cash bail, or $15,000 bond.
