
Police: Joint Investigation Results in Burglary Arrest
Three Sullivan County men were arrested as a result of an investigation into a string of burglaries across several towns.
A three week long joint investigation conducted by State Police, Sullivan Sheriff's, and Town of Fallsburg PD resulted in the arrests of three Sullivan County men on charges of Burglary, Possession of Stolen Property, and Drug Possession.
Albert Quick, age 29, of Woodbourne, Greig Quick, age 31, of Woodbourne, and Joseph Brown, age 33, of Montgomery were all arrested on March 20th.
In addition to the arrests, four search warrants were executed that resulted in the recovery of several hundred pieces of stolen jewelry, a stolen defaced semi-automatic pistol, and 150 bags of heroin.
The three men were charged with the following:
Albert Quick - Several counts of Burglary, Attempted Burglary, and Criminal Possession of a Weapon
Greig Quick - Criminal Possession of a Weapon
Joseph Brown - Criminal Possession of a Controlled substance, and Tampering with Physical Evidence
Additional charges are expected as the investigation continues.
All three men were arraigned in the Town of Liberty Court and remanded to Sullivan County Jail.
