Lillian R. Adams, a Poughkeepsie Resident, Dies at 88

Lillian R. Adams, 88, a longtime resident of Poughkeepsie and a previous resident of Mamaroneck, NY passed away at her home on February 4, 2018.
Lillian was born in Mount Vernon, NY on November 15, 1929. She was the daughter of Leonida and Elena Conti Rossi.
Lillian worked for the Gannett, Westchester Rockland Newspaper for 22 years up until her retirement in 1994.
She was predeceased by her husband Ralph in 1995. Survivors include her daughter, Lori Adams from Port Chester, NY, her two sons, John David and his wife Betty Ann Adams from Poughquag, NY, Steven and his wife Kathleen Adams of Hopewell Jct., NY, her five grandchildren, JD, Jessica, Dennis, Michael and Gregory and her great granddaughter, Lachlyn.
There are no calling hours. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday February 7th 10:00am at St. Martin dePorres Church, Cedar Valley Rd. Poughkeepsie, NY. Burial will be private at Poughkeepsie Rural Cemetery.
