Jimmy Fallon Shows the Hudson Valley Some Love
We love a good Hudson Valley-themed comedy bit.
We love it even more when it is performed by one of our favorite local late night hosts. (Okay, our only local late night host.)
As most of you know, Jimmy Fallon grew up right here in the Hudson Valley and often talks about listening to different local radio shows while growing up here.
Jimmy graduated from Saugerties High School in 1992 and while on SNL made it a point to give them a shout out by having a Saugerties High School flag in the background of his "Z-105" skit.
Well, he brought back the Saugerties pride back to late night.
On Tuesday, May 8 Jimmy and guest, actress, Gabrielle Union ( Breaking In, Being Mary Jane) performed the Musical Morning Announcement skit. And, yes, you guessed it: They used Saugerties High School as their inspiration.
Jimmy and Gabrielle kill it as your favorite teachers trying to be cool.
Saugerties high school students, is this accurate?
